SYNC & LICENSING

SYNC & LICENSING

More and more artists are passing on the publishing deal and choosing to retain control of their creative works. One huge reason behind the paradigm shift is music licensing.

SMP Music Publishing's catalog is filled with pre-cleared music ready for sync and licensing. Our application makes the process fast and easy. Register for an account with SMPMP, search our database using your specific criteria, find a song that works, and license it using a standard license. Supervisors and agents can also choose to customize a license that better suits their project needs. Within minutes, you could have the perfect song ready for sync.

SMPMP is very selective with the music we choose to include in our catalog. Music Supervisors will only find broadcast quality music that is culturally relevant and suitable for the dynamic visual media format.

sign in and create an account to license pre-cleared music now.

Licensing music is now easier than ever (thanks to the web) and it's become one of the easiest ways for artists to make money from their music. Music supervisors for studios and networks, like those listed below, are constantly scouring the web for new music to use. They want it fast and they want it without the hassle of clearance. SMPMP acts as a sub-publisher to artists who want to showcase their work in a pre-cleared ready for sync music catalog.

SMPMP's licensing deal is always non-exclusive so artists retain ownership of their works. We never charge artists to join our catalog and we'll never charge to pitch their music to those looking to license it.

make your music available for pre-cleared licensing, and get paid.
